JOHN FLETCHER - LEAD GUITAR

John's musical journey from Victoria has been filled with meaningful music, playing in Rock and Country Bands. A move to Vancouver introduced him to mindful rhythms, incorporating R&B influences. A couple of years on the road in western Canada set the stage for his transition to Toronto. Performing at venues like The Royal York, Palais Royale, the CNE, and the Forum added depth to John's playing, enriching his repertoire with uplifting sounds. His time as the Musical Director and feature Guitarist for the Collingwood Elvis Festival honed his Rock and Roll chops. Over 40 years, Rock and Roll, R&B, Funk, Country, Rockabilly, Reggae, Big Band Jazz, and Latin have taken John from Port Hardy B.C. to Hay River and Halifax, all while playing in and around Toronto.

Stephen Tulk has pursued an utterly unrelated career for most of his life but can’t seem to stop playing music. He had the good fortune of starting out with old school R&B during the time of the 'Toronto Sound' way back in his youth. Steve feels that playing meaningful music in a band can be as natural as having a conversation with like-minded people. But it’s important to listen to what everyone says, creating mindful rhythms together. He wishes that more conversations could be as respectful as a good groove filled with uplifting sounds.

Brian g Skōl is a Toronto-based percussionist, recording artist, music engineer, and producer known for creating meaningful music that resonates with audiences. He has released three albums under his own name: Orange Album, Mauve Album, and Neon Green Album, each featuring mindful rhythms and uplifting sounds. Brian has performed live and in studio sessions with Canadian music luminaries such as Steve Koven, Artie Roth, Victor Bateman, Kevin Turcotte, John Lennard, Don Breithaupt, Nancy Walker, George Baumann, Laura Fernandez, Bill McBirnie, and Tony Quarrington. His collaborations extend to various bands, including Perfect World, Manteca, Rare Faction, Blues Miners, John Lennard Quintet, Lzrszn, Masters Of Love And Sound, Jazz Forge, Tuesday Heartbreak, Sons Of Narcissus, Soul Full, Tone Poets, and Papalote.

Levi’s journey into jazz began through her collaboration with Dave Fowler, a two-time JUNO Award winner, keyboardist, and original member of The Sattalites. Together, they developed a jazz duo that showcased meaningful music and mindful rhythms, debuting at the Gladstone Hotel and quickly becoming a regular feature of Toronto’s jazz scene with their uplifting sounds.

Our Philosophy

One love, one mind. Levi Conscious is a Canadian Reggae Awards nominee and a former member of Majestic Warriors Band. She released the 7-song album "Journey," featuring meaningful music with uplifting sounds, including the singles "Rise Up" and "It’s Already Over," both supported by official music videos showcasing her mindful rhythms.

Recent releases “Afterglow” and “One Life” were produced by Patrick Tenyu (former member of UB40) and produced by Marcia-Lyn Collins at SLAMM Studio, with engineering by Sam Weller. The recordings feature LA Allen (bass), Sunray Grennan (drums, percussion, vocals), Rick Williams (guitar), and Levi Conscious on lead vocals.

Levi’s journey began with Selassie I Power Band, a 15-piece roots reggae ensemble that laid the foundation for her career. The band recorded the album “King of King,” which continues to receive community radio airplay and earned a Best New Band nomination at the Canadian Reggae Awards. During this period, Levi worked at Bobby Simpson Studio, creating her band BLAK AYAN", and connected with reggae legends Freddy McGregor, Dennis Brown, and Leroy Sibbles.
